The parties described above agree to this contract, which will be governed by the following clauses and conditions.

### CLAUSE ONE: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract is for the provision of photography services, specifically for a sensual photo shoot, where the model may wear lingerie and/or be nude, depending on her preference. For the purposes of this contract, CLIENT refers to the person responsible for payment and scheduling of the photo shoot, while MODEL refers to the person being photographed. All responsibilities and conditions stipulated for the MODEL apply to the CLIENT, who is responsible for ensuring these conditions are met.

### CLAUSE TWO: SERVICE EXECUTION
The service will be provided at the time, date, and location established by the photographer, with a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes. In the case of force majeure that prevents the photographer from carrying out the shoot, the investment will be refunded. If the client (model) fails to show up at the agreed time or date, the investment will not be refunded, regardless of the reason.

### CLAUSE THREE: OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR
a) The CONTRACTOR will deliver 10 (ten) photos in digital “.jpeg” format, with the longest side of 2048px, optimized for social media publication.
b) For each photo, the CONTRACTOR will determine how the editing or adjustments will be made.
c) The delivery time for the photos will be up to 30 (thirty) business days after the CLIENT confirms the photo selection. In the case of extra photo purchases, this period will start from the date of payment.
d) Delivery will be made via the file transfer service "WeTransfer" (https://wetransfer.com/), and the files will be available for download for 7 (seven) days after the link is sent. The first re-sending of the photos, if the CLIENT misses the download period, will be free of charge. Each additional re-sending will cost $50.00 (fifty dollars). If the CLIENT wishes to retrieve the photos after 90 (ninety) days of failing to comply with the obligations, a fee of $100.00 will be charged for each three-month storage period of the files.

### CLAUSE FOUR: OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT
a) The CLIENT must be 18 years or older on the date of the shoot.
b) The CLIENT must arrive on time at the pre-agreed location. In case of lateness, the CLIENT will lose the equivalent shoot time, and if arrival is later than the scheduled time, the shoot will be canceled, and the investment will not be refunded.
c) Bring between 3 to 5 outfits for personal use.
d) The CLIENT must arrive at the shoot location with makeup and hair ready.
e) Select the package photos using the online platform provided by the CONTRACTOR within 7 (seven) days.
f) Payment for extra photos must be made within 30 (thirty) days after the selection. If the CLIENT delays the photo selection or payment, the CONTRACTOR reserves the right to delay delivery of the images for up to 90 (ninety) days. If payment is delayed for more than 90 days, the contract will be terminated without the CONTRACTOR being obligated to deliver any photos.
g) In case of inability to attend due to medical reasons, the CLIENT must present a medical certificate within 7 (seven) days after medical discharge.

### CLAUSE FIVE: PAYMENT
The total value of the shoot is $400.00 (four hundred dollars), paid as follows:
a) Payment can be made via bank transfer, WISE, Pix (for those with accounts in Brazil), or cryptocurrency with a 10% discount.
b) An advance payment of 50% of the total amount ($200.00) must be made to secure the booking.
c) For couple or duo shoots (featuring two people), the cost will be $500.00, with a 50% deposit.
d) For outdoor shoots within the photographer's route, the cost will be $400.00, also with a 50% deposit.
e) If the outdoor shoot takes place in a private location, the CLIENT will be responsible for paying the entrance fees for themselves and the photographer's team.
f) The remaining 50% balance must be paid before or up to 7 (seven) days after the shoot. Payment on the day of the shoot is not allowed.

### CLAUSE SIX: DISCOUNTS
a) Shoots booked 90 (ninety) days in advance receive a discount of $50.00 (fifty dollars).

### CLAUSE SEVEN: EXTRA FEES
a) If the CLIENT wishes to bring an escort to the shoot, an additional fee will be charged, ranging from $10.00 (ten dollars) to $40.00 (forty dollars) per person.
b) If the CLIENT needs the photos to be resent after missing the download period, the first re-sending will be free. Each additional re-sending will cost $50.00 (fifty dollars).
c) If the CLIENT requests a customized edition (FX – visual effects), a personalized quote will be made.
d) The values for extra photos and types of editing are detailed in Clause Eight and will apply according to the selections made.

### CLAUSE EIGHT: PRICES FOR EXTRA PHOTOS AND EDITING
**Lightroom Editing (Light, sharpness, and composition):**

- From 01 to 09 extra photos – $9.00 each
- From 10 to 14 extra photos – $8.50 each
- From 15 to 19 extra photos – $8.00 each
- From 20 to 29 extra photos – $7.50 each
- From 30 to 39 extra photos – $7.00 each
- From 40 to 49 extra photos – $6.50 each
- From 50 to 99 extra photos – $6.00 each
- From 100 to 149 extra photos – $5.50 each
- From 150 to 199 extra photos – $5.00 each
- From 200 to 300 extra photos – $4.50 each
- Over 400 extra photos – $4.00 each

**Lightroom + Photoshop Editing (Light, sharpness, composition, skin, background cleaning, ambient enhancement):**

- From 01 to 09 extra photos – $18.00 each
- From 10 to 14 extra photos – $16.00 each
- From 15 to 19 extra photos – $15.00 each
- Over 20 extra photos – $13.00 each

**No Editing (valid only for all photos from the shoot regardless of the quantity):**
This option is valid only for all photos from the shoot, and the price remains the same regardless of the number of photos:
- $400.00 (four hundred dollars)

### CLAUSE NINE: IMAGE USE AUTHORIZATION
The CLIENT may, optionally, grant the CONTRACTOR the right to use their photos for an online portfolio, print, social media, and third-party platforms for the purpose of showcasing work. Authorization will be formalized after the photo delivery via a form. The CLIENT must complete the form if they wish to grant the image use rights. Otherwise, they can ignore the form.

### CLAUSE TEN: COPYRIGHT CREDITS
In accordance with **Law No. 9,610/1998**, which governs copyright in Brazil, the CLIENT agrees to credit the photographer **Corbolan360** as the author of the photos whenever they are used on social media, the web, or any other platform, either by direct mention or by tagging the photographer. Failure to give credit constitutes a violation of the law and may result in penalties.

### CLAUSE ELEVEN: CHOICE OF LOCATION
The location for the shoot will be chosen exclusively by the CONTRACTOR, without interference from the CLIENT. If the chosen location becomes unavailable for any reason, the CONTRACTOR may change the location, which may be up to 50 km away from the originally chosen city.

### CLAUSE TWELVE: JURISDICTION
The jurisdiction of the Porto Real-RJ Brasil court is elected to resolve any issues arising from this contract.
